Great strat. Used a level 24 infected squirrel and a ghastly skull with Ghostly Bite for the final strike.

If your Infected Squirrel's stampede ended during Undead Round and it's still alive, use Corpse Explosion. It took a big chunk outta Flummox.

My Infected Squirrel was H/P (1627 hp) (edited)

great strat. did it with the valk and a 24 green squirel - could have carried a third pet :) I don't think this particular fight with this strat deserves the skull for particularly hard Thanks for posting it!

Works wonders. My infected squirrel was only lv13, so once it dies after using stampede. Just brought in my Ghastly Kid and Ghostly Bite to finish it off. Saves me having to use Unborn Valk again, and Ghostly Bite is also on other undead pets if you dont have the Ghastly Kid.

Didn't have any pets listed in the comments except Unborn Valkyr. Ghost Maggot and Ghostly Skull for the other two. Used Unborn Valkyr with 1/2/2, Cursed then Shadow Shock until undead round then use Unholy Ascension. Brought out Ghost Maggot and used Stench to be safe (which didn't even proc a miss so you could probably use something else) then Ghostly Bite. Switched during stunned round to Ghostly Skull. Used Siphon Life, then Ghostly Bite. The DOT finished Flummox off for me.

I imagine any other pets with Ghostly Bite would be good for brute forcing here in the 2nd pet slot.

Replace the squirrel with Macabre Marionette, open with D&D then Dead Mans Party until it dies then bring back the Val'kyr to finish.

Same. Followed strat for Val'kyr, then Vert's MM, finished with a Ghostly Bite.

My Infected Squirrel was not leveled so I switched him for Blighted Squirrel and ran with Woodchipper + Stampede

Used Ghastly Kid (1,2,2), Macabre marionnette (2,1,1), Forstwolf GhostPup(1,1,2)
Start with Ghastly Kid
T1: Haunt
T2: Select Marionnette - Death&Decay
T3,4,5: dead man's party
T6: Bone Bite - marionnette dies & rez
T7: Bone bite
Flummox is DEAD!

Only had a green Marionette, so it died one round early, but with the valkyr as my third (doom!) and the kid still alive, Flummox died all the same. :) Thanks!

Perfect strat indeed! And as others have said, a different source of Stampede will work, too.

Perfect strat... I did not need to flip back to the Val'kyr at end. When Squirrel was on undead round Consume finished him off.
