Modified from Nick's Strategy which is great! But I like any xp I can get so I modified it to be a reliable leveling strategy.
I use a H/H Iron Starlette, other breeds would probably work just as well but I didn't test them & the point at which you explode may change with different breeds. |

The addition of Arcane Storm eliminates the Stun from Headbutt. You could probably swap Emmigosa for any pet with greater than 280 speed and Arcane Storm, I just like the addition of Ice Tomb for the potential for extra damage if you can apply it and if it lands during Shattered Defenses.

Any lantern that has Illuminate can be used.
For the mechanical pets, any pets with Explode will work, though higher health pets are preferred (such as Minfernal or Netherspace Abyssal). Strategy originally from Rendigar at Warcraft Pets Script thanks to Neverfade |

Just adding this lineup with a huge variety in pets for people without the pets in the other tactics. It's not 100%, but very high success rate with very common pets.

This takes out the Stun rng by skipping the round that can stun you.
edit: Iron Starlette is P/P, should work with other P/*

1. Wind-Up 2. Swap to Stormborne 3. Arcane Storm 4. Used Mana Surged but Stormborne died/bring in Stitched Pup 5. Diseased Breath til undead round 6. Howl in undead round 7. Starlette comes back in - Wind-Up. sS
Iron Starlette can't be stunned because with Arcane Winds (from Arcane Storm) pets can't be stunned or rooted! ^_^ Anywho...it worked for me after failing a few times with the above line-up.

Edit: tried the second strategy with Stitched Pup and Mengarie Custodian or Darkmoon Tonk in second spot and it worked like a charm.
