This strategy worked for me on the very first attempt! However, on further attempts it appear a very lucky crit on Lazy to begin with as well as rolling 300+ damage on Tesla Canon was the reason for this. But, that still makes it possible.
However, if Winston dies, you should be around the last pet, Skeeto, and any other level 25 humanoid should do the trick then :)

As a backup, Winter's Helper would do great wonders at finishing Skeeto if RNG is not in your favor. :D

Baby Winston made it to Skeeto for me without RNG on my side. I randomed into Sporeling Sprout as my 2nd humanoid, and finished the fight out just fine. Thanks!

When I killed Lazy with three hits, Winston definitely goes all the way to Skeeto. When I have to kill Lazy in four hits, I still had one or two rounds worth of damage to deal on Spokes, depending on whether or not I had pets that dealt magic damage.

Winter's Helpers are incredibly cheap on the AH, and would make a good slot #2, just in case Winston's enemy pet #1 RNG doesn't work out in your favor:

Blizzard > Ice Lance to finish off Spokes

Gift of Winter's Veil > Ice Lance & Blizzard to kill Skeeto.

A very good point indeed. This strategy is quite a battle of RNG, as I pointed out. Appreciate your suggestion of the second pet. I'll add it to the comment below the strategy (:
