This is such a beautiful, simple strategy. I love it! I've not had it fail once in many, many battles. My Starlettes are all in the Power family, though, no Speed ones. Since one Starlette can handle this by himself, I always level up two pets at a time and they go just as fast as leveling up one at a time. They don't seem to share experience points - they each get their full quota. Thanks for the great strategy.

I have to retract what I said earlier about leveling pets sharing XP. I came across my notes from the testing and found that my memory was incorrect. On average, two pets leveled from 1 to 25 in 9 rounds, while it took one pet 5 rounds. Obviously, the single pet was getting more XP. However, it worked out that leveling one pet at a time would take 10 rounds to level up 2 while two pets could be done in 9 rounds. Just wanted to clarify this since I found my notes. Sorry for the confusion.

You can do this Fight repeatedly, and continue to level pets easily, if you dont do Rydyr.

I got 3 starlettes leveled. so now I only have to heal after every third fight instead of one bandage per fight!!!

I just entered a fight with a lvl 1 pet in first slot and got it killed. Left that fight and back to Andurs. Then my second pet would get all the xp when the iron starlette died :3

Tip if you use a Health Starlet 1500 it wil always work sometimes the speed one wil fail. (very small change) good to know for farming.

Yeah if your Iron Starlette has 1400 HP, the method above often fails. Skip the second smoke and just explode, however, and it works.

I've found, using my P/P Starlette, that Toxic Smoke, 2x Wind Up, Toxic Smoke, Explode is almost 100%. I did have one in around 15 battles where the enemy pet snuck in and wrecked me, but it seems extremely rare. Even battles where his pet crits an attack seemed to still go my way.

Jay here again - I have to walk back my comment - I was trying to use this strategy against Rydyr, not Andurs. Didn't notice the difference up top, thought it was supposed to work with both.

I went with:

ability(Explode:282) [enemy.hp<560]
ability(Toxic Smoke:640) [enemy.aura(Toxic Smoke:639).duration<2]
ability(Wind-Up:459)

I also threw in a darkmoon zepplin as a backup because I didnt want to share the XP bertween 2 pets but it didnt get that far. :)

I ended up with:

ability(Explode:282) [enemy.hp<=620]
ability(Toxic Smoke:640) [enemy.aura(Toxic Smoke:639).duration!=2]
ability(#1)

620 = 560 (explode) + 60 (toxic) :)

If your Iron Starlette has H/H breed, you can skip turn 3, and you can change 620 to 750 in TD Script.

I dont do the first toxic smoke, this is because my Iron Starlette dies if I do - before it can explode.

Some tweaking to the strat and this works with Rydyr as well...I'm doing one pet at a time with 2 Starlettes....You go from 1 to 7, 7 to 10, 10 to 13, 14, 16, 18, 19, 20 in each fight while using the Hat...Unfortunately, I posted the strats I tweaked here on a reply in page one for the Rydyr fight, but they appear to be similar (I have yet to do the Andurs fight)...Hoping the mod can move the strat to the proper area....

I've been using a P/P breed with this strategy, and it works great! 90% of the time, Mini Musken ends the second to last turn with 584hp and my explode hits for 586 damage.

Oh, and the other 10%, Mini Musken is either lower than 584hp, because I crit, or he crits me twice and I die.

I guess it's because you added 2 pets. They split the XP received. For that reason it's also most of the time not beneficial to bring 2 level pets instead of just 1

Just using Hat and leveling 1 Pet, I was able to take a level 1 to level 7 in one fight, 7 to 10 the next, 10 to 13 the next and from there it went levels 14, 16, 18, 19, 20 all in each fight, but after 22 it takes 2 fights to get to 23, maybe 3 for 24, and then you should be within 1 or 2 fights to Max... :)
